The Story
Upbringing
Horizon is defined as "the limit of a person's mental perception, experience, or interest." When we decided to create this store, this was our initial notion. Our intention is and always has been to help everyone who enters our doors expand their horizons​.

After almost 20 years of friendship and partnership, the owners of a stone company in Dallas, TX and a construction company in a small town in southwest Kansas on the Oklahoma Panhandle decided to partner with one another and open a store, which is how Horizon Stone & Cabinets got its start. They wanted to offer that chance to this area knowing that they also had the resources to give it to everyone even though they were aware that the resources for countertops, cabinets, flooring, etc. were minimal in this region.

Stefany Ortuno
Stefany is one of our Client Leaders and serves as our Administrative & Creative Director. She is the face of our business, so you may have seen her in a few of our Facebook posts. She has two years of expertise in graphic design and has spent the majority of her childhood around this industry as the daughter of one of the founders.
Joselyn Aquino
Joselyn is one of our Client Leaders. Her instruction came from professionals with more than 20 years of combined expertise. She has been a part of the adventure from the start and is the wife of an aspiring architect.
