Shipping Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping & delivery options?

IN-STORE PICKUP

​

In-store and curbside pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please come talk to one of our client leaders before picking up any product. You are liable for checking and making sure no product is damaged or incorrect.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE SHIPPING

​

We offer free standard shipping on Orders in a 5-mile radius from Liberal, KS for all customers residing in Liberal, KS. All orders that are not in stock will not be guaranteed to be delivered in the time frame. All orders require a signature when delivered and a complete payment is required at the time of delivery.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING FEES

​

We do not offer expedited shipping fees.

​

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

​

Weight and size limits may restrict shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

​

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

​

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchased/delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

​

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will not be paid or reimbursed by us.

 

REFUNDS

​

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit company and method of payment.

EXCEPTIONS

​

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Stone: Granite, Quartz, Quartzite, Soapstone, and Marble

- Cabinets that have already been assembled

- Flooring, or any other product that has already been used

​

For defective or damages products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

- We cannot guarantee that you will receive a full refund.
